Cheese Balls!!!

Okay, we bought this toy for Ava over the weekend. She is are little daredevil and thinks she can stand up on anything and everything. She has seemed to forget she needs to learn how to master crawling!! Anyways I don't know who likes the toy better Ava or Abby and Blake. So as they were all playing with it this morning I decided to capture some pictures because it is a rare occassion that they are all happy at one time. Can we say cheese balls!! Everytime the flash goes off Ava automatically smiles. It is too funny. Gotta love them all!!

Abby's First Concert

Last night I took Abby to see Hannah Montana in concert. She was so excited that she was jumping out of her skin the whole 2 hour drive to Glendale. Once we got there she was speechless for about 15 minutes trying to take it all in. Then the concert started and I have not seen her that excited in a long time. Half of the concert I watched Abby just to see her face. It makes you feel good as a parent to make your kids wishes come true and then to see their reaction. We had a blast and our seats were amazing thanks to Molly's mom (Jeff's brother Kenny's girlfriend). After the concert she got her souvenirs and then we ate at the Fox Sports Grill and finally made the long trip home. It was a great night!! Thanks Molly and McKenna for letting us drive with you and for a "pumpin" night!!!!

Okay I am taking Abby to her first concert tonight. HANNAH MONTANA!!! She is so excited and can't wait to get Hannah's autograph. She doesn't quite understand that there will be thousands of other screaming girls there hoping for the same thing. So wish me luck everyone!! I will post pictures tomorrow of the event.

Who says dogs and cats don't get along?

Okay so we got a cat a few months ago. I should say Jeff and Abby got a cat. I am not a big cat lover but they suckered me into getting one. I was worried when we got it that we would have huge problems because we have 2 dogs but it took no time at all and they all play so good together. Zoe (our cat) thinks she is a dog and tries to do everything they do it is too funny!!

Weekend to Celebrate

This was a weekend to celebrate. It started Friday with a celebration for Jeff. For everyone that doesn't know Jeff left Rural Metro Fire Department after 10 years to work as a captain for Queen Creek Fire Department. So, Gilbert Fire Department and Mesa Fire Department had a welcome lunch for all the new employees of Queen Creek Fire. We are so proud of Jeff and look forward to a long career with Queen Creek Fire!!!

On Saturday we celebrated Abby's 5th birthday and of course she had to have a Hannah Montana theme!!! She had a great time with friends and family and got so many wonderful things. Thanks to everyone that came and celebrated our big girls birthday. Jeff and I can't believe she is already 5 it just seems like yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. We love you Abba Zabba!!!

Finally, on Sunday my mom ran the half marathon with her sister Kathy, and two people from her work. This is the first time that she has run it and for being sick for the last two months she finished and did an amazing job. So kuddos to my mom and aunt Kathy for finishing! I wish I had the guts to do it. Maybe next year.
